A hugely exciting opportunity is available within a leading creative brand for a Learning & Development Partner to join their team. A role with huge scope to think creatively and use your influence and knowledge to add immense value, as Learning & Development Partner, you will truly partner with the business to understand and identify needs and devise content and a range of blended solutions to address the learning needs across the business.
Working in collaboration with HRBPs, you’ll be supporting the Head of L&D to continually develop a learning strategy to be rolled out group wide, tasked with initially building relationships with key stakeholders to understand and identify key areas of development, and coach and empower them to think proactively in terms of the needs of their teams. You’ll conduct training needs analysis and talent mapping to identify high potential talent and build and develop individual and group training plans to provide solutions. Monitoring the L&D budget, you’ll work both with external partners, and will be able to use your creativity and vision to develop a range of in-house solutions, delivering engaging content directly to the business.
A superb opportunity for an HR Generalist with good L&D experience to transition into a specialist remit. You’ll be able to demonstrate where you have designed and delivered content, ideally in a complex, matrix organisation, but will be excited by the opportunity to work in a fluid, ever changing and fast paced environment, playing a key role in building a whole new learning programme for an amazing company.
