Elevation HR are currently recruiting for an L&D Specialist with specific in-depth Digital focus for a permanent position. My client is a leading utility business.
The successful candidate will work within a fast paced and effective central HR team environment and will take responsibility for:
*Work closely in conjunction with the Organisational Development Specialist and Key Internal Stakeholders to develop and ensure that the Learning System is a real collaborative space for all users.
*Develop raw content into Story-Boards and progress through to comprehensive E-Learning modules.
*Constantly be looking for innovative ideas, and solutions to ensure the development of resources and training methods to support the recruitment needs, Talent Management and links to the L&D programme.
*Take a key lead in the assessment, delivery and design across E-Learning/Workshop and Assessment of ROI for all levels of employees
*Create and own the governance process for all virtual learning across the business.
*Have clear demonstrable L&D deliverables where clear aims and objectives have been met.
*Have a real passion for L&D, with in depth technical experience of designing E-Learning programmes
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*Graduate Calibre with CIPD qualification or equivalent in Training
*Working at a senior E-Learning/Digital Specialist level, ideally with Articulate, Storyboard and Captivate, Videoscribe etc.
*A key advantage would be previous use of Cornerstones on Demand.
*Strong ability to create media maps, storyboards and scripts
