Learning & Development Manager- Professional Services

A leading law firm based in central London, are looking to add a talented Learning professional to their established team, with a reporting line directly to the Head of Learning.

The client is looking for an individual who is passionate about the design and delivery of learning materials. This role requires a confident and experienced trainer who can fully engage their classroom as well as be creative and commercially astute.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in development and implementation of learning approaches
  • Design and deliver performance development and business skills learning programmes
  • Assist in the delivery of career development programmes
  • Ability to critically analyse in depth Learning-needs
  • Effectively facilitate learning sessions with an innovative and time managed style
  • Be collaborative in the approach to learning as well as have exceptional stakeholder relationships
