- Working closely with the Recruitment Team and hiring managers to identify skills gaps and developing a plan to ensure performance.
- Constructing a blended learning approach.
- Involved in performance management workshops, e-learning materials, tech and soft skill training.
- Experienced in various learning and development tools.
- Collaborative approach to learning.
- Ability to provide learning solutions tailored to stakeholders learning requirements.
- Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.
