Learning and Development Manager

Annapurna HR have recently partnered with a leading digital consultancy that is looking to hire for a brand new Learning & Development manager to partner with it's staff based in the UK and Ireland.

This is a great opportunity for an L&D professional from a technology or digital background looking to develop their career and gain more autonomy in a firm that put's people development at the heart of it's business strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to understand regional learning and development needs and design/source appropriate programs to address leadership, professional and technical knowledge building
  • Drive a learning culture amongst leadership and employees that encourages development and progression within a changing business
  • Working closely with the Global Learning and Development Director to implement group initiatives in the UKI region.
  • Understand industry trends and tailor innovative learning approaches to maintain a continuously developing learning culture
  • Manage small team of onshore and offshore L&D professionals
  • Occasional travel between the UK and Ireland will be required

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development or a related discipline
  • Significant experience in a pure Learning and Development role
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Technology and Digital services industry
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to understand business need and deliver results in an ever growing and changing environment
  • Ability to work closely with and influence senior business stakeholders
  • Strong ability to facilitate engaging learning sessions and achieve desired outcomes
