Elevation HR are working with a leading Outsourced Provider for Healthcare recruiting for an L&D Trainer with specific focus on the training and roll out of new systems.
This role is an exciting opportunity to join a changing organisation and work with the Management team to deliver System and Mandatory Training across the business. Initially focused on the roll out of a series of new systems, this will also encompass areas such as GDPR and legal requirements.
The role will be responsible for:
*Working with the Managers to deliver effective system training, across an employee population of c700.
*Provide weekly MI information for company compliance, outstanding Training requirements and progress of departments
*Mentor and Coach the Managers to increase their knowledge and ability to deliver this to their own teams once initial implementation has been delivered
*Manage the Management Information surrounding the training to deliver clear tracking of gaps in this area and steps to address this
*Work with the Senior team and HR to ensure Training Plans are fully integrated in to the Group and plans are delivered to timescale
*Continually develop or update existing training programmes to react to any changes within the business and the market
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*Experience of full training cycle
*Possess sound knowledge of training on systems- ideally in changeover/new system rollout projects
*Be able to demonstrate a methodical, logical and empathetic approach to delivering learning
*Have relevant Training Qualifications
*Ideally have worked in large public sector organisation(s) or large corporate environments with high numbers of employees.
