Lead HR Business Partner - Technology - Change Programme

Our client, a global business going through a large scale transformation is looking to recruit a Lead HRBP to partner their CTO to transform their Technology function.

The business are looking for a Change Leader and true Business Partner to drive their HR Transformation for the Technology area.

This is a really exciting opportunity to lead a global scale change programme, where you can make a significant impact.

They are looking for a strategic HRBP who has worked on a similar project in the past and understands working in an agile environment at pace.

Key requirements:

  • Experience of partnering a technology function or working in a global tech organisation.
  • Experience driving and executing people Change / Transformation
  • Large / global exposure in a matrix environment
  • Experience partnering with Board members or Board - 1 eg CTO.
