Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a Lead HRBP on a permanent basis. My client is a leading professional service focused company. The role is based in Wakefield with minimum local travel.
The successful candidate will work within and lead a fast paced and effective HR team and will take responsibility for:
*Extensive Employee Relations with demonstrable experience across the following areas: disciplinary, grievance, sickness/ welfare, performance management, conduct and capability.
*Ability to support the business through a period of transformational change
*Have had experience of restructures and redundancy
*Have strong stakeholder management skills, influencing and directing the business
*Be operationally hands on and be prepared to manage own administration etc.
*Have demonstrable experience of Team Management, reviewing, supporting and developing at different levels.
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*Graduate Calibre with CIPD qualification 7
*Working at a minimum Senior HR Advisor level in a generalist role with some exposure to restructure
*Have come from a Professional Services environment, ideally regulated or a business with high levels of ER caseload management
*Be able to deliver key messages in a positive constructive manner
*Have demonstrable ER experience up to complex cases
*Must have experience of Team Management
