LEADERSHIP DIRECTOR - £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience:

Our client, a global boutique consultancy with an innovative approach to organisational development is looking to hire a Leadership Director to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a large client base and a desire to deliver the best programmes and service to their clients.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ability to bring on and develop new business through sales of assessments and leadership capabilities.
  • Support on a wide range of Organisational Development offerings ranging across Leadership, Talent and Learning & Development.
  • Project manage the team to co-ordinate projects and programmes effectively and deliver across these programmes.
  • Assist with designing new innovative programmes to be rolled out to clients.

Key requirements:

  • Degree education or equivalent is essential
  • Leadership qualifications are advantageous
  • Willingness to travel

This is a fantastic role which will suit a thought leader in the Organisational Development space who is looking to join an entrepenerial business which is looking to challenge the status quo and offer creative ideas to their clients.
