Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with one our Rotherham based clients to recruit a Leadership Development Specialist. The role will work closely with the Head of L&D to facilitate the Leadership Development programmes for the business ensuring excellent standards of leadership development and capability.
The role will have responsibility for the full training cycle for the leadership programme including training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation for leadership training and will facilitate external support where necessary to ensure the delivery is maximised.
The role will support on delivering effective talent management programmes in line with talent acquisition, succession planning and career development. This will be achieved through blended learning techniques, coaching and traditional training methodologies.
In line with the organisation's L&D strategy the role will be responsible for the design of robust and transparent Talent Management processes for middle level management, new managers and apprenticeship managers, delivering these into the organisation.
We're looking for candidates with a proven career in Learning & development and in particular leadership development, this should be supported by a relevant leadership coaching qualifications as well as Level A & B psychometric qualifications.
