Elevation HR are proud to be working on behalf of one of our clients based in Sheffield looking to expand their Learning & Development team with the addition of a Learning & Development Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to further develop their career within L&D.

My client is looking for a motivated, friendly L&D Professional to contribute to the design, development and delivery of company-wide training programmes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Assisting with technical and behavioural development across the business
- Providing support and contributing to the development and implementation of the Management Development Programme
- Building relationships with stakeholders and working effectively with external training providers
- Assisting with the development and implementation of eLearning solutions which are compliant with regulatory and legal obligations
- Providing administrative support to the team

Elevation HR are keen to speak with L&D Advisors with the following skills & experience:

- CIPD qualification or working towards
- Proven previous experience working within an L&D function
- Understanding of L&D processes and best practice
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Accurate with attention to detail
