Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a Learning & Development Advisor for a service driven organisation based in Leeds city centre.
This role will be responsible for evaluating current development needs with a focus on soft skills.
*Conduct Business Welcome Days for new employees joining the business
*Facilitate and deliver soft skill training for new employees during their induction training, and to the business to support them in their roles
*Liaise with managers to create effective training plans during new starters induction periods
*Facilitate online quizzes through refresher training and new starter training
*Design, create, review and update eLearning training as required by the L&D Manager and Job Aids to support learners in the business
*Coach and mentor employees and management with identified requirements
*Upload online training materials onto the learning management system
*Upload, review and amend employee records on the learning management system
*Create and organise classroom learning on the learning management system and track completion
*Manage the Learning & Development Diary and ensure attendees are aware of upcoming classroom learning areas, then develop and deliver the resulting training programmes
Elevation HR are keen to speak to L&D Advisors with the following experience and knowledge:
*Experience and knowledge of blended learning implementation
*Demonstrable development and maintenance of internal and external relationships
*Train the Trainer Certificate
*CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) in L&D
*Experience delivering or presenting training material to a group or an individual
