A leading business based in West London (near Twickenham and Richmond) is looking for a part time Learning and Development Advisor / Business Partner to join its UK focused L&D team.

This represents a fantastic opportunity to secure a part time role, initially offered on a fixed term contract (expected 9-12months) to cover a maternity leave.

Working closely with HR colleagues and reporting the Head of Learning and Development, the role will be asked to design and deliver learning interventions using a blended approach. In the main, the workload will focus on soft skills, but there will also be the need to work on induction programmes, elements of management development and potentially sales training, Furthermore, the role will act as a focal point with regards to queries coming into the department and be responsible for updating and maintain the LMS.

The business is successful, large, good fun and dynamic. It works B2B, offering market leading services in its sector.

To apply to this role, you must be able to commit to a fixed term contract (the business will not consider a day rate option). You should have Learning and Development experience from commercial businesses and have a strong understanding of the training cycle and learning styles. Likely to be educated to degree level (or equivalent), it is expected that you will have a formal L&D qualification. You should be a team player, a confident deliverer and a self-starter.
