Learning and Development Business Partner
12 month FTC
A high profile company in the financial service industry are looking for a professional Exec L & D practitioner to join their team.
Our client regards their employees as their people most important asset - they seek to deliver results that exceed their expectations. As a key part of the Learning & Development Team.
You will partner with the business to develop and maintain effective relationships with strong facilitation skills
You will be able to identify current and future learning and development needs in support of business objectives.
Identify development interventions in and beyond the classroom to support the business in creating high performance individuals and teams
You will manage the design and development of courses to ensure they are designed to meet Global standards
To promote best practice adult learning techniques, instructional design and learning objective setting
You will have proven experience to facilitate team sessions for the business using psychometrics to better build their teams.
You will be able to build close one to one relationships at senior levels in the organisation to deliver leadership coaching.
This role would suit someone very much on the ascent in their career, degree educated ( or similar) with an inquisitive mindset -
You will have a solid lengthy work history in the corporate , ideally FS sector
Our client is ideally looking for a humble character, strong relationship builder who already has a credible L & D background in a commercial/ entrepreneurial organisation looking for a varied permanent role.
