Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Business Partner. My client is a fast paced, expanding commercial business in North Yorkshire.
The successful L&D Business Partner will join a small HR team and will take responsibility for driving and implementing the organisation's training and development strategy business wide. This is a stand-alone L&D role for the business, so the level of autonomy and scope to implement your own ideas is assured.
*Support the HR Director in the implementation and delivery of the learning and development strategy across the business
*Working with the managers to identify the training and development needs ensuring relevant training and development plans are created and updated on a n ongoing basis
*Work with HR to assist in identifying and introducing a Learning Management System to the company.
*Provide relevant learning and development metrics data, ensuring learning evaluation is embedded across the business to ensure a return on investment
*Research, Develop, review and deliver practical learning and development solutions aligned to the growth of the organisation
*Review on a regular basis the company's induction process, implementing improvements
*Identify external learning solution providers to create an effective learning suite which can be adapted to a variety of learning programmes across the business
*Delivery of learning programmes
*Identify champions across the group that can support the learning and development agenda by providing train the trainer development
*Initiate and lead L&D Projects to meet HR strategy
*Monitor L&D budgets to ensure no overspend
*To design and deliver generic and area specific management development programmes across soft skill behavioural areas to enhance skills
*To consider and create a variety of blended learning solutions to ensure that managers and employees received the most effective training
*Frequent travel to London is required
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*CIPD qualified with proven experience operating in L&D
*Proven track record of evaluating, designing and delivering business wide L&D programmes
*Previous experience of implementing a Learning Management System and the use of technologies to deliver training
*Experience of evaluating, designing and delivering a variety of blended learning solutions in a commercial environment
*Previous experience using L&D Metrics, providing return on investments
*Design and delivery of Management development/leadership programmes
*Highly driven, motivated, results orientated with a positive outlook
