A world recognisable brand, working in a growing and popular sector, is looking for a Learning and Development administrator to join its developing Global Learning and OD function.

The role will be varied, supporting the Head of the Function and other trainers with Learning administration and co-ordination. Crucially however the role will also can deliver some course material in the soft skills and management development space and learn wider skills around learning needs identification and course analysis.
To apply to this role, you should have experience of co-ordinating learning and development activity and/or some training delivery experience. Your experience could come from broader HR Assistant or HR Advisor roles (if they have included learning support and delivery), Learning and Development support roles, or perhaps from operational / other business roles that have included delivery of training and varied coordination related business activity.
The successful person will be the right character for the business. The business likes to employ confident, positive, can do people who are committed to work and want to develop. You should have a glass half full approach to life and you should have natural flair in dealing with people – confident enough to hold a room and deliver training courses to sometimes senior people. Ideally you will be educated to degree level or equivalent and in a perfect world you will have some form of learning qualification but neither of those are essential to apply – experience and attitude are the primary concern.
