My client is currently looking for an experience Learning and Development Manager to join them for a 6 month interim assignment. There will also be an element of Organisational Development to the role. You will support the Head of Organisational Development to implement and monitor an effective learning and development strategy that will support the organisation in achieving its visions.
·Develop, implement and review all relevant programmes.
·Work with managers across the group to identify skills, knowledge and behaviours required.
·Advise, educate and train managers on corporate learning and development options.
·Identify appropriate learning and development initiatives.
·Develop and maintain good relations with internal and external suppliers of learning and development options.
You will be required to have Proven experience of large scale learning programmes in an organisation of a similar or larger size, also proven knowledge of personal development, coaching and mentoring models up to and including executive level.
Excellent planning & organising skills including good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint is needed.
