A leading business services group, with offices based in West London (and across the globe), is looking for a Sales Learning and Development Manager to join its Sales development centre of excellence.
Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, this is an exciting opportunity to work pro-actively with a range of sales teams across various international locations. It should be noted that the role will require significant and regular international travel to European destinations aswell as offices in China, the US and Australia.
The focus of the role will be to work pro-actively with local stakeholders in a consultative manner to complete a sales training needs analysis, and then design and deliver an appropriate range of interventions to assist the business in developing a market leading sales force.
The role will also offer the incumbent the opportunity to develop your own programmes, spearhead projects in OD, talent and employee engagement aswell as leading and delivering impactful coaching interventions.
To apply to this role, you should have a track record of working with B2B sales teams to deliver sales learning and coaching interventions. In a perfect world, you will have enjoyed a successful career in sales yourself and you will have transitioned into Sales coaching / learning and development in your recent career. You must be able to demonstrate and articulate how your interventions have fundamentally improved sales performance of your audiences. You should have coaching experience (ideally supported by coaching qualifications) and have experience of delivering programmes to diverse range of business communities (experience of working internationally is important). A second European language is a huge advantage and will be prioritised by the business if it is present in the application pool. Its is also expected that you will be educated to degree level or equivalent.
