Salary: £37,731 - £41,221
Our Client is a large, and growing, specialist land-based College, with centres throughout Yorkshire, Cumbria and the Tees Valley.
Joining them as a Learning and Development Manager, you will support the delivery of the College's strategic workforce plan through the provision of structured development programmes in order to continuously improve the organisation's people capability.
Taking strategic direction form the College's senior leadership, the role involves developing and delivering an integrated and structured suite of development activities which responds to the College's needs and provides support for staff to increase their effectiveness in current and future roles within the organisation.
They are looking for someone who has full CIPD or equivalent professional qualification, coupled with specialist expertise in relation to learning and development, leadership development, employee engagement and team development. With a Learning and Development, training or education qualification, you will have experience in talent management, and within a staff development role.
Having the ability to design and deliver effective development interventions to staff at all levels, you will be able to identify and analyse staff and management learning and development needs whilst managing a varied workload.
