Job Title: Learning and Development Manager
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Salary: £45,562 - £52,241 per annum, depending on skills and experience
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (37 hours per week)

There is now an opportunity for a Learning and Development Manager to join the Company.
Overview of the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with senior managers, as a strategic business partner, to identify training and development needs and trends; supporting the Head of L&D with the ongoing development of the L&D function and strategies.
The role will focus on the design and delivery of development programmes and coaching initiatives that drive and embed both new behaviours and improved return on investment for the Service supporting the development of the leadership framework, developing new ways of delivering online learning and design and delivery of blended solutions to meet the Services People Plan whilst lead our talent and succession management planning strategies and programmes together with our apprenticeship portfolio.
The Company is looking for candidates who have experience of leading and developing a team of L&D and OD professionals. Someone who can lead complex change initiatives, who is used to developing training needs analysis at a corporate level and developing effective strategies to meet these needs. They will be able to evaluate the impact of learning and return on investment and develop innovative approaches to embed learning in the workplace.
