LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - UP TO £75,000
Our client, a well-recognised insurance business with a global reach is looking to recruit a Learning and Development Consultant to join their team.
This is a great position, with plenty of opportunity to take on new projects and to work collaboratively with the business at all levels.
They are looking for:
· Demonstrated experience managing a global curriculum in multiple locations, this includes; regulatory, prof qualifications, management development training, sales & negotiation, generic professional skills
· Building and managing relationships with senior business management (to Exec level)
· Strong team management and development experience
· Tech / systems savvy (LMS, e-learning platform and content oversight, and potential LMS implementation in 2019)
· Resilient and strong work ethic
· Strong meeting and workshop facilitation skills
