9 month FTC (Maternity Cover)
Our Client is a leading national provider of retirement housing and care services for people aged 55 and above. They deliver affordable, contemporary, person-centred care and housing that meets individual needs, improves wellbeing and promotes independent living.
This is a great time to join our Client as they have significant growth plans over the next 5 years which will enhance their customer experience.
They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Learning Design Partner within their Learning & Development team where you will design a wide range of learning interventions whilst also providing robust quality assurance to learning and development offering for our Client. This is a fixed term contract position for 9 months, covering maternity leave.
Within the role, you will provide an effective consultancy service to corporate teams, offering bespoke learning solutions to meet business needs. Implementing the quality assurance strategy alongside the Learning and Development Management team, you will enable continuous improvement and value for money.
They are looking for someone who has a proven record in designing learning interventions, coupled with experience of Quality Assuring a range of learning products. A knowledge of eLearning Authoring Tools, ideally Articulate Storyline is preferred, as is CIPD or equivalent qualification in Learning and Development Practices.
