Learning & Development Academy Lead

London, £70,000 - £75,000

Our client, a leading online platform, are looking to hire a People Capability Lead to establish and manage a Commercial Academy for their Sales population.

This business are an extremely exciting UK centric business embarking on a scale up journey. The role is a newly created position which will work directly alongside the Head of Talent Development to design and facilitate a Learning Academy to deliver blended learning solutions to the Sales and Commercial populations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, create and facilitate the Learning Academy to deliver blended learning solutions and drive sales performance
  • Work alongside the commercial teams to improve capability
  • Conduct needs analysis and implement appropriate learning interventions
  • Partner with leadership to ensure the appropriate leadership, coaching and feedback skills are in place

Required Experience:

  • Experienced Learning background with demonstable success at delivering blended learning solutions
  • Experience of establishing or working within a Learning Academy previously
  • Strong understanding and exposure to a Sales or Commercial population
  • Excellent design and facilitation experience
  • Experience of business partnering and stakeholder management with senior populations
  • Strong coaching skills and ability to coach individuals and groups
