Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a Learning & Development Administrator for a manufacturing client located in Doncaster. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced L&D Administrator to join a fast growing and very successful business, initially on a 9 month fixed term contract which has the potential to be extended or made permanent.
The successful candidate will join a small L&D team and will be predominately responsible for organising internal and external training, delivering inductions to new starters and providing a high level of administrative support to the department. It is essential that all applicants have previous experience within an L&D/Training function, ideally within a manufacturing environment, and have strong IT and administration skills. You must be confident presenting and liaising with all with all levels from shop floor to senior management, with excellent interpersonal skills and a credible, professional approach.
Key responsibilities will include:
-Scheduling and planning of training and inductions
-Delivering induction's and making recommendations for improvements
-Gathering data to analyse and determine training requirements
-Book travel, accommodation and arrange refreshments and lunches as required
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills & experience:
-Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role
-Excellent planning and organisational skills
-Confident presenting and delivering inductions
-Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
