Elevation HR are delighted to be working with a Sheffield based business looking to recruit an experienced Learning and Development Advisor. Reporting into the L&D Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for the effective design, development and delivery of Learning and Development initiatives. The role will be encouraged to deliver effective solutions to support operational and strategic business plans whilst also enhancing the competency, capability and behaviours of all employees.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Develop effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the business, acting as business partner across all teams to support with their Learning & Development
- Create and develop L&D plan and strategy with a focus on behaviours and upskilling to get the best from all colleagues
- Create and maintain a core learning offering for roles, designing and delivering training interventions for colleagues at all levels
- Design, introduce and maintain a training administration process (LMS)
- Support administration of the L&D function
- Promote a 360 coaching culture
- Work with the management team to develop succession planning for the business
- Negotiate the provision of external learning and development interventions

Elevation HR are keen to speak to candidates with the following:

- Certificate in Training Practice or equivalent and/or CIPD
- Proven experience of design, delivery and evaluation of providing a diverse range of L&D interventions
- Experience in training, facilitation and evaluation of Learning & Development solutions
- Experience of employee engagement and change and behavioural management learning
- Experience of building effective working relationships with both external and internal resource providers
