Be a part of part of the wider HR team and report into the Learning and Development Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Admin or HR Assistant with a passion for L&D to build their career within this specialism.
Working closely with stakeholders within the business, your role will involve scheduling training, managing course logistics, communications and feedback, building long lasting and effective relationships with partners across the business and ultimately promoting the L&D offering within the business.
You will act as the first point of contact for L&D queries, monitor the department’s budget and spend, as well as keeping on top of changes and developments within the sector.
to be succesful in this role, you will be confident and highly organised with natural communication skills. Experience in L&D administration or HR Admin with an emphasis on training achieved in a complex, fast paced environment would be ideal.
You will have excellent Microsoft Office skills and will have experience of a learning management system.
