My Wirral based client, a leader in it's field, is seeking an L&D Business Partner to develop, coordinate, deliver and evaluate training interventions across a range of areas within the organisation.
You will be involved in identifying and driving new approaches and processes to support and promote the organisation and you will be responsible for the design and delivery of training interventions through the completion of Learning Needs Analysis and support the Learning and Development Action Plan devolved from the HR Strategy.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or an equivalent level of skill gained through experience - and have specialist knowledge of Learning and development interventions, theories and development tools to support organisation improvements and practice development. You will have a proven track record in facilitation, training and personal development and have experience of working autonomously to identify and deliver bespoke training and development solutions.
With the ability to build strong networks both within & externally you will be able to challenge and influence senior managers as and when required in respect of best fit solutions and manage small scale projects within financial constraints.
