Our client is now looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to support the talent & learning team in the co-ordination of all learning and diversity events.

Within the role you will co-ordinate the course schedule for business and behavioural training, L&D milestone programmes and other L&D events such as; Management Development Programme, Flourish Female Development Programme and bespoke team training. You will be responsible for the registration, enrolment, completion and cancellation status of all training records on the Learning Management System and for liaising with trainers, speakers and the room reservations team to arrange logistics for the delivery of face to face training.

As their Learning & Development Co-ordinator, you will also manage the supporting documentation for all workshops and milestone programmes to ensure that material is version controlled, professionally presented and regularly reviewed against industry standards. You will also co-ordinate the firm’s school work experience programmes and annual Returner Programme; supporting with the recruitment of student/interns and liaising with students/schools and interns, organising pre-joining paperwork.

Experience is not essential – all that they ask is that you are a highly organised and meticulous individual who has strong communication and IT skills. It is also important that you can build and sustain trusting relationships with both clients and team members and be willing to go the extra mile.
