Elevation HR are working with a leading Professional Services Organisation recruiting for an L&D consultant to join their growing L&D team reporting directly into the Head of L&D.
This role is an exciting opportunity to join a changing organisation and work with the team to deliver comprehensive operational and executive level training programmes and coaching solutions to the business with specific focus on technical and soft skills processes.

The role will be responsible for:

*Design and Deliver technical training incorporating system and process elements
*Carry out learning needs analysis to identify and produce solutions to meet business needs
*Design and deliver personal effectiveness and management development training
*Provide development feedback to individuals supported by specific examples
*Work collaboratively with HRBPs, Head of L&D and the L&D Consultants

Who we are looking for:
*Experience in delivering results through training & coaching
*Able to adopt different styles, and dependent on audience and training needs
*Ideally have managed training in contact centre style environments
*Training Qualifications
