We are recruiting a Learning and Development Manager to join a national business with a workforce of over 5000. The L&D Manager will join the leadership team and will be responsible for devising and implementing a centralised curriculum of L&D solutions in-line with the business strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business following a period of growth and change to engage with the workforce at all levels and ensure quality learning, talent and leadership plans are delivered across the business.
Plan and deliver L&D solutions to provide tangible value for the business
Develop business cases to implement resources such as trainers and external providers
Design and manage TNA for business-wide and departmental initiatives
Define outcomes and evaluation methods with key stakeholders
Develop budget proposals and implement reporting and control processes
Delivery successful training programmes
Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Manage training budgets and metrics to measure and report on effectiveness of programmes
You will have strong working knowledge of traditional and cutting-edge L&D practices and development interventions with the ability translate business strategy into L&D plans. You will be a confident and credible with the ability to engage all levels of the business and work effectively with the leadership team. Working in a large business that has gone through/is going through large change and development would be highly beneficial.
