Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a Learning & Development Manager, the role will partner with key stakeholders across central operations to put in place training and development that engages, motivates, coaches and supports. Key areas of focus will be the design and delivery of a suite of L&D products for Contact centres, Customer Care teams and complaints.
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with Learning & Development Managers with the following skills and experiences:
*Previous experience as an L&D Manager who has worked within a contact centre
*Proven experience of design and delivery of engaging L&D content
*Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team
*Able to work under own initiative, with minimal supervision
*Proven ability to influence and advise at all levels of the organisation
*Rigorous attention to detail
*A flair and passion for designing memorable, engaging L&D content that 'sticks'
*Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
*Personal resilience to manage competing priorities
Our client offers flexible working and would be open to reduced hours or 4 days.
