You will work with a particular division to manage and develop the learning capabilities and skills of the division, working in partnership with operaions and managing a small team. The role will also have some global reach.

This is a broad and varied role which also offers opportunity to get involved with other HR projects.

* A proven Learning & Development background, derived from a Financial / Professional Services organisation
* A willingness to be hands on with involvement in a number of projects and manage changing priorities effectively
