Elevation HR are currently recruiting for an L&D Specialist for a 12-month FTC position. My client is a fast paced, expanding leading organisation in West Yorkshire.
The successful candidate will work within a forward thinking and innovative Learning & Development Team, supporting on all aspects of training, from conception, design to delivery.
*Design and further develop blended training programmes to deliver KPI's across the company and create further efficiencies
*Support key stakeholders within the business to deliver key L&D programmes including Induction through to continuous development across the business
*To actively develop and support peers and managers within the business to ensure elevated skill sets and knowledge.
*To deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders and employees at all times
*To provide MI for Senior Managers to high light training needs and results delivery
*To administratively maintain and monitor the inhouse Training booking system and ensure fulfilment of E-Learning modules
*To ensure diary prioritisation across departments to maintain continuous performance.
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*L&D qualification or equivalent
*Demonstrable experience in a fast-paced environment ideally with e-learning design knowledge
*Have strong administrative skills and spreadsheet management
