Annapurna have recently partnered with a Professional services firm who are looking for a HR Systems Trainer to join the learning & development team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and delivery of classroom, online and blended learning programs for all business systems and applications training which will be delivered globally.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the design of training materials and blended training solutions
- Ensure all learning solutions promote best practice use of business systems and applications and reinforce and support day to day working practices in a cost effective way.
- Design 'fit for purpose' blended training content to support a new induction programme.
- Deliver training programs.
The ideal candidate must have experience as working as a L&D Trainer for a professional or financial services company. They must have excellent relationship building and presentation skills and be comfortable to train employees across various locations virtually.
