We want you to continue to develop and grow, and we'll offer you all the learning, development and progression opportunities you need for your professional skills and career to flourish. **PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE CAN BE BASED IN ANY OF OUR INSURANCE LOCATIONS; IPSWICH, COBHAM, BIRMINGHAM** What you will be doingAXA are recruiting for a Learning Facilitator to deliver and embed managerial and behavioural local and common learning programs across AXA Insurance, to support the acquisition and application of knowledge, skills and behaviours in line with AXA UK Strategy. This role will involve travel across AXA Insurance sites within the UK. Responsibilities: Design, develop and deploy structured learning solutions (face-to-face and technology based)Facilitate common core skills training, using multiple modes of delivery including "virtual classroom" sessions and web based supervision to AXA defined standards Facilitate local learning solutions, working collaboratively with the wider Learning & Development team to ensure successful deployment Work with UK Learning Business Partners to ensure local learning programs across AXA Insurance are designed and developed in a timely and cost efficient manner Ensure that the design and development of local learning solutions are completed in line with learning needs and in an efficient manager, ensuring that there is no duplication with common learning programs Monitor the evaluation of common and local learning programs and their contribution to the success of the business to ensure program relevancy to the business strategy and drive continual improvementMonitor learning solutions, vendors and employee feedback to keep appraised of leading practices, benchmarking and external practices, monitor and evaluate future legislation and market trends and consider innovative solutions, to best serve the business Community management: Communicate on an ongoing basis on common and local learning solutions to ensure collaboration with Global Learning Business Partners and other Learning Business Partners at entity/country/cluster level to: Enable the reuse of existing local learning solutions for the benefit of all Assist other local teams in the deployment of the common offer Monitor local deployment of the common and local learning solutions What we can offer youAs you'd expect from a global leader, our reward package is a world-beater - here's a small selection of our current benefits. Strong track record in facilitation of face-to-face training; relevant professional qualifications e.g. CIPD, LPI, ILM or equivalent desirable Experienced in developing online/digital learning solutions, such as WebEx Experienced in coaching individuals; relevant professional qualifications e.g. CIPD, LPI, ILM or equivalent desirable Good relationship management, impact & influencing and social engagement skills Good understanding of the function of a strategic L&D Team Ability to develop a strong understanding of the business and strategy Passion for delivering high quality work and
