Learning & OD Consultant

London, £32,000 - £43,000

Our client, a leading international higher education body, are looking to strengthen their team with an excellent Learning consultant.

This role will work with a well-established Organisational Development Manager to help provide learning experiece within both learning and e-leaning. You will need to bring in an innovative approach to L&D and will take ownership of the learning intiatives for several internal populations.

You will need to look for innovative and new way of implementing a learning culture and of promoting digital learning wherever possible. You will partner with senior stakeholders to promote career develpoment and embed digital into the company strategies.

Required Experience:

  • You will have an established and successful background in L&D, with expertise within Digital and E-learning
  • Experienced in utilising third party providers to source expert digital learning
  • An awareness of trends within L&D is crucial
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement experience
  • Qualifications relevant to L&D or OD, preferably CIPD
