Our Client is one of London's leading boutique search / recruitment firms, acting for various of the most prestigious UK law firms on their hiring needs.
This is a full-time job opportunity. Salary: £25k - £30k.
How you can expect to spend your day:
* Approaching prospective candidates over the telephone, and arranging meetings with them
* Identifying possible candidates/clients and developing relationships
* Compiling research documents/long lists for clients
* Maintaining the database (extracting/organizing relevant information)
* Assisting the Managing Director with specific admin tasks
The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:
* Good telephone manner and a level of confidence in speaking to first time prospects is essential
* Excellent people skills and a good, clear communication style
* Meticulous and thorough, with a high attention to detail and good written English
* Familiarity with the legal market and/or prior experience in recruitment preferable, but not essential
* Comfortable working in a small team environment and a ‘self-starter’
