National Human Resources Advisor
You will join them as a National Human Resources Advisor and report to the HR Business Partner. You will work as part of the People Team to provide a proactive, professional and high-quality Human Resources service throughout our client that meets their internal customer needs and organisational objectives.
National Human Resources Advisor Responsibilities:
You will be providing day to day advice and guidance to managers on all employee relation matters and staffing issues using a problem-solving approach, whilst operating within saha’s policies and procedures, best practice and employment law. This role will involve travel from your Bolton office base to services across England and to their Head Office in Central London. You will work closely with the People Admin Team who will provide administrative support for you.
National Human Resources Advisor Requirements:
As an individual you will relish the challenge of building relationships with their managers to ensure you are the key touch point for all HR related advice and support. You will be friendly and approachable in your style and you will have the ability to coach and mentor people to build their skills and capability in managing people related issues. You will have the confidence to challenge and debate decisions and put across your own viewpoint and will have the ability to influence people where necessary.
You will understand the need for agile working and be comfortable with travel, overnight stays to carry out this role effectively.
You will have a level 5 CIPD qualification, be working towards this or have equivalent experience.
You will have sound knowledge and experience of providing an advisory service to managers on all employee relation matters including disciplinary and grievances, performance management, capability, sickness absence management, restructuring and redundancies, bullying and harassment. You will also have the ability to deal with general HR issues e.g. payroll queries, contractual changes, starters and leavers, maternity leave, flexible working requests, etc.
Experience of supporting with organisational change and small-scale restructures would also be an advantage as the organisation is currently experiencing a time of change.
A Disclosure and Barring Service Basic Certificate will be required for these roles.

Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester BL1 1R (but will involve travel across England)
Job type: Full Time, 12-month Fixed Term Contract, Flexible working considered, 35 hours per week
Salary: Between £28,000 and £30,000 per annum
