National Trainer, Midlands (£40,000)

My client, a leader within the UK restaurant industry, is looking for a National Trainer to join their team. This is a fantastic Learning and development opportunity within a growing environment. You will coach and develop teams within the organisation to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver induction and skills training programs in line with innovations within the business.
  • Create an effective learning environment enabling a culture that caters for different learning styles.
  • Evaluate the return on investments of all training practices.
  • Support the Operation managers by developing their teams in order to be effective in transformation and organisational change.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to the restaurant teams and managers.
