Fluid Ice is a London-based holding company with interests in alternative energy and social impact companies.

This is a paid internship with the opportunity to go permanent, where you work flexible hours 3-4 days per week.

How can the intern expect to spend their day:

* Daily office work

* Paperwork filing

* Full organisation of office

* Booking travel and holidays

* Booking appointments

* Assisting with invoices and sales paperwork

* Assisting with recruitment

* Logistics and organisation

* Co-ordination of outside consultants and vendors

* Reconciliation of bank statements and expenses

* Purchasing items online

* Creating spreadsheets

* Expense claims and expense/VAT tracking

* Communicating with suppliers

The ideal intern’s personality and qualifications:

* Experience in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook and general IT literacy

* English skills essential

* Must be a self-starter who is able to find solutions and think 'out of the box'

* A 'can-do' attitude and kind disposition

* Able to work unsupervised whilst maintaining a high level of work

* Must be flexible and be able to prioritise workload, as well as work around the requests of the Director
