Are you an HR or L&D Advisor with a real passion for the employee experience? If so, we have a newly created role for an On-boarding & Employee Engagement Specialist. This is a hugely exciting opportunity to join this pioneering technology organisation based in Central London.
A phenomenal amount of growth is projected within this business until at least 2018, so you will be used to working in an incredibly fast paced and dynamic environment. Your previous experience of employee engagement and on-boarding will assist you in bringing your creativity to the role and you will look at shaping, refining and delivering a genuinely innovative on-boarding experience. This will be aligned with the company vision and values, to enable new hires to feel supported and empowered to achieve great things.
With the autonomy to carve out your role, you will have the opportunity to consistently try new ways of working. The role of On-boarding & Employee Engagement Specialist will be a crucial position to the organisation, where you will work as part of the HR team whose focus it is to support employees to be the best that they can be.
If you are currently at Advisory level and you are looking to specialise more within Employee Engagement, then this opportunity will give you the chance to drive and influence the full employee experience. You’ll be able to demonstrate your successes around engaging your stakeholders, your creativity around developing initiatives which drive engagement, as well as having evidence of how you have grown and evolved the process according to the needs of the employees.
