Key responsibilities of the role;

* Devise and execute plans to source new couriers

* Carry out frequent market research to help us maintain our competitive position

* Manage the interviews, onboarding, training and roll out of new courier-partners

* Suggest and execute improvements in the sourcing and onboarding processes

* Assist in maintaining the active and dynamic nature of the community

* Revise courier partner’s hours based on their requests

* Help organise and host events for the courier partner's

* Weekly partner hours with the community to address any concerns they may have in person

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications;

* A Bachelor's degree

* You are especially energetic and motivated

* You have proven problem-solving skills

* You are able to work autonomously, and take charge of projects

* You love to find inefficiencies in a process and eradicate them

* You are able to analyse a situation and propose out of the box strategic solutions

* Gregarious individual who is comfortable interacting with people from various backgrounds
