My client, a fantastic charity doing great work based in South London are seeking an Organisational Development Manager as a new role to add to the team and 'bridge the gap' between HR and L&D. This is not a training role, but rather more a Project based role. My client are looking for someone who is comfortable with numbers, data and systems - someone who can manipulate information in excel, can quickly get to terms with a challenging HR System to be able to design and then pull off ad hoc reports. You will need to have attention to detail - information needs to be 100% accurate and reliable. The ideal candidate would be someone with a generalist HR background who could also help with the ER work when needed, but who has a passion for OD, numbers, data etc. You will design and deliver OD & change management strategies, constantly bearing in mind the organisation is striving for the best. You will be able to support the development of staff skills and knowledge database in order to maximise the talents across the organisation. You will lead on the gender pay reporting staff survey and KPI's as well as appraisals.

This is a fantastic role for someone passionate in OD who is looking to specialise more in this area and already has experience in OD/ L&d/ Generalist HR. Please apply now, do not wait for the deadline as the client are looking to move quickly.
