Our aim in Hywel Dda is to “put people at the heart of what we do”.  We want to develop a compassionate culture where our staff are at the centre. Growing our compassionate leadership, enabling our people potential and building strong understanding relationships will mean we can ensure the best outcomes for our patients.  

It is really simple – OD Relationship Managers will influence the culture to be the best it can be – this will look after our patients and create a great place of work for our staff.

The role is new, different and exciting, it will be: 

  • Enabling staff to have a voice which is listened to
  • Value centred
  • Creating a transformational and compassionate culture
  • Making a difference 
  • Working across the Workforce & OD functions

The role will be part of a brand new team of OD Relationship Managers across the Health Board, helping our people to offer their best selves at work and feel valued and supported to be well, be happy and thrive in life too. 

You will also be part of a really forward thinking, thoughtful and brave OD function covering the breadth of the following services: 

  • Staff Psychological Wellbeing 
  • Workforce Experience and Culture
  • Organisation Leadership and Development
  • The Research, Innovation and Improvement Hub

You will be a real conduit to the centres of excellence within the wider WOD function to ensure that the appropriate expertise supports you in enabling the people potential in the services you support.
