Organisational Development Advisor

As an Organisational Development Advisor you will provide a proactive service which supports the needs of their organisation. Your contribution will play a key part in ensuring we have the people, capabilities, values and behaviours they need to deliver their strategy; to take a stand against exclusion, inequality and isolation so they can create a world without barriers where people with sight loss can lead full lives.
Organisational Development Advisor Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Organisational Development Partners, senior leaders and managers within designated business areas you will identify development needs, create plans for teams with clear priorities, measures and produce cost-effective learning solutions. You will also design and deliver dynamic blended and e-learning interventions to maximise self-driven learning.
Organisational Development Advisor Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a proven background in OD, learning and development with experience of supporting organisational change, talent and succession planning, management and leadership development, designing e-learning content and employee engagement strategies. The ability to effectively engage and deliver through others is essential.

Job type: Full Time, Permanent, 36 hours per week
Salary: £34,171 per annum (including London Weighting)
