Are you an experienced Interim HR Business Partner with a strong background in Organisational Development?

In this role you will need to hit the ground running! Be an established and seasoned Interim Business partner looking for a 12 month Opportunity and be ready to start in January. Working within a wider HR team of 65 and reporting into the Director for HR Business Partnering, you will have experience of working in and being supported by a Centre of Excellence.
You will need proven experience with OD Methodologies and application in complex matrix and non-Corporate environments. With the ability to take best practice and theory and interpret into meaningful and simplistic language.
You will also have excellent HR Generalist experience – ideally competent around key areas such as Talent, Recruitment, Comp & Ben and ER. You will also be required to partner with the ER specialist on all areas of M&A, TUPE, restructuring.
As a Collaborative OD Business Partner with a strategic mind-set, you will have the ability to link organisational strategy to local market and brand imperatives, and will provide futureproof OD Solutions around technologies, skills and capabilities.
