Hackney Council is looking for someone with a passion for learning and development to join our Human Resources team. As Organisational Development Consultant you will create tailor made learning solutions which are cost effective and have a big impact.
Named as Council of the Last 20 Years at the 2016 LGC Awards, we believe great local government can transform places and change lives. Our award proves that Hackney leads the way across the UK. You should have experience designing, delivering and evaluating a range of learning interventions. We need someone capable of developing our Learning Management System, able to design online learning modules and webinars.
To thrive in this role, you will need to be able to prioritise your own workload, be able to build rapport with others easily and work as a team. Ideally you will have a relevant qualification in Training, Coaching or similar. We welcome experience using personality profiling tools and other relevant qualifications that demonstrate a focus on personal and professional development.
At Hackney, we go that extra mile for our people; we offer a work environment which is stimulating, fast moving and supportive, giving you the chance to use your skills and develop new ones within a high-profile organisation.
