Overseas Resort Recruiter.   Multi-award Winning Tour Operator is currently seeking a candidate with overseas resort experience to join their Travel HR Team in London and assist in the recruitment process of their Winter and Summer roles for their overseas programme. This role would suit a candidate with overseas resort experience working for a tour operator. The successful applicant will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle and Internal Training will be provided.
 
Main Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for the recruitment of a variety of winter and summer overseas roles
  • To recruit high calibre, professional and qualified staff
  • To hold one to on and group interviews with all potential candidates
  • To liaise with the overseas Resort and Hotel Managers about staff levels/requirements during the season
  • To obtain all required employment documents and verify employee’s file before the employee travels to resort
  • To work with the flight operations team to arrange staff travel to resort
  • Maintain a regular line of communication with Resort Management and employees to ensure that staff retention remains as high as possible
  • To visit resort and interview staff for forthcoming seasonal employment
  • To be responsible for the advertising function for all resort recruitment positions
  • To work with digital marketing agencies to set a recruitment strategy

Abilities and Skills Required:

  • Experience working within an overseas resort / destination role
  • Ability to adapt to recruiting for a variety of roles
  • Understanding job specs and requirements of the role
  • Commercially focused and highly motivated and a self-starter
  • Demonstrate clear and accurate communication skills
  • Must be able to work under tight deadlines
