Elevation HR are currently seeking an immediately available HR Assistant to join a manufacturing business in Scunthorpe. This is a part time opportunity, initially on a temporary basis which could be made permanent for the right candidate.
The purpose of the role will be to support the HR Manager with all areas of the HR function including; employee relations, compliance, compensation & benefits, reward, professional growth, communications and performance management. You will also be responsible for assisting with recruitment; preparing job specs, adverts etc., as well as all other administration tasks for the department including starter and leaver documentation, maintaining employee records and compiling HR reports.
This is an interesting and varied opportunity that can offer the successful candidate exposure to a wide range HR related activities within all areas of the business. You must be confident communicating with all levels and flexible in your approach, with a willingness to take on additional hours and responsibilities when required.
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills & experience:
