Part-Time HR Assistant - South East Wales

The company

Our client is an International company with an established presence in South East Wales. They are the winners of multiple awards and invest heavily in training and development for all their staff.
Our client has seen year on year growth and has a massive growth plans for the next 5 years.

The Role

Key areas of this role will include HR general administration, recruitment and selection administration, sickness and other absences recording and monitoring, data entry on to the HR database, meeting administration including minute taking and contributing as required to the delivery of HR projects.
This role is part-time 30 hours per week (flexible as to how this is worked).

Requirements

The successful candidate will have experience in a HR admin role and will be IT literate.
The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail and have the ability to organise and prioritise their own workload to ensure deadlines are met.

Key Skills

The ideal candidate will have HR experience, and a strong administrative background.
High attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal.
Be able to organise own workload.
